#MealPrepMonday ft. BBQ Baked Chicken & Sweet Potatoes
It's been a little while, buuuut Happy Meal Prep Monday!
Sautéed broccoli, onion, and dried cranberries. ➡️ Baked cut sweet potatoes seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder & BBQ rub (350° for 55 minutes). ➡️ Quinoa seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and a generous amount of key ingredient dill. ➡️ Bagged sliced scallions ready to go for topping. ➡️ Baked chicken breast cooked with garlic oil and seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, dill, and BBQ rub (baked at 400° for 30-40 minutes, depending on thickness).
